Our Staff

Jan Riggins | Office Manager
 
Jan started her career with Express Personnel in 1999 when she and her husband moved to Rochester, New York. She joined the organization as a front office coordinator and eventually moved into a staffing coordinator position. After returning to her home state of Oklahoma, she continued her experience with Express at our international headquarters, providing franchise support in the assistance center. When she made the move to Texas, she joined our Fort Worth location as a staffing coordinator in May 2002. Jan now manages the downtown location and specializes in professional staffing.
 
Jan has a bachelor’s degree in music performance from the University of Oklahoma. At night and on the weekends, she becomes a colored-pencil artist and gourmet chef for her husband and daughter.
 
Peyton Arnold | Front Office Coordinator
 
Peyton joined Express Personnel in 2005. During Peyton’s tenure with Express, she has worked in both the office services and industrial areas. Her wide variety of experience has included front office coordinator, staffing consultant and recruiting coordinator.
In her spare time, Peyton enjoys camping, boating, riding four-wheelers and spending time with husband and two children.

Valerie Blackwell | Staffing Consultant
Valerie joined the downtown Fort Worth Express office in September 2006 as a staffing consultant. In 2002, Valerie applied with Express to help her find a position during the summer while she was attending school. She went to work for a spice manufacturing company and stayed with them until 2006. After four years it was time to move on, and Valerie chose to go back to Express immediately to assist in the job hunt. Ms. Blackwell is a graduate of the University of North Texas, where she received her bachelor’s degree in of music performance oboe.
 
In her time away from the office, Valerie teaches private music lessons to young oboists in several local schools. In addition, Ms. Blackwell is an avid reader and loves to spend time camping and boating in Texas State Parks.
 
Anna Petrovich | Staffing Consultant
 
Anna is a recent graduate of Michigan State University in Lansing, Michigan. She grew up in metro Detroit, and upon graduation moved down to Texas to work as an event coordinator and sales manager. She joined the Express Personnel Services team as a staffing consultant for the downtown Fort Worth office in August of 2007.  She is currently perusing an MBA at the University of Texas at Arlington and enjoys cooking and baking and spending time with her Main Coon cat, Marley.
 
 
Ambra Cole | Account Manager
 
Ambra started her career four years ago as the event coordinator for the University of St Gallen in Switzerland.  Upon returning to the U.S. in August 2007, she joined the Express Personnel Services team as the account manager for the downtown Fort Worth office. She has a B.A. in psychology from Auburn University and is an avid Auburn football fan. On the weekends, she enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, Michael, and two dogs, Bear and Arizona.
